I don’t have much knowledge on School District Consolidation and how it is done, or understand the benefits of consolidation. However my take from the article is that of mixed feelings. One statement in the article stated that, “the main justification for school district consolidation has long been that it is a way to cut cost, and that it is based on pupils.”
